The overall drawing is a good start! Although there is alot of room for improvement, and that's a good thing actually.
For one thing, you need to improve your cat's anatomy slightly, cat's ribcages are defined a bit differently then this in real life. And this cat is unhealthily skinny, cats aren't actually very skinny animals, they're generally more narrow than skinny. Cats also have tendons on the backs of their legs, maybe you could define those more? Other thank that the lighting and shading is quite good and I really am liking the backgrounds texture and design! Nice! I like it!
